I use the "add edge tool",make his hair like this:
and I haven't change any other things, but in game,I got this...
it seems that if I don't add edges, just tweak the points,it's OK...

It looks like you changed the rotation or postion of the pelvis. The best thing to do is, when you export the model from Oni and import to your 3D program, do not change the position of any body parts, but work on the model as it is.
I'll take a look at the file after work.

coool: I looked at the file in Blender and noticed several things, the body parts are named wrong they all start with "Scene_Root1_" You have camera and lights data in there.
What you might try to is to delete everything except for the head and save it as a different file. Then export a new Muro from Oni and import it in Blender (Are you using Blender or some other program?)
Next go to the File menu and select Append and choose the file that has Muro's head. Replace the original head with the new one and make sure you make the parent child connection between the neck and head.
Or you could just start from fresh.

coool: What 3D program are you using?
Also, Oni requires the model to be made up of triangles, so after you add an edge, does the surface still have triangles? (Each face is made up of 3 edges)
What I did was to insert a point in the middle of a triangle and the program automatically created edges to that point so instead of one triangle, I have 3 smaller triangles.
Sorry, I am also a beginner with 3D modeling so I know very little about techniques.
Regarding Blender, its GUI is hard to understand. To import a Collada, go to File\Import\Collada 1.4
Then at the Collada 1.4.0 plugin for Blender window, at the line "Import file" there is a button "..." (3 dots). Press that and it will go to the directory. There will be a "P" button and then the directory path and directory contents below. By pressing the "P" button you will move back through the directory path untli you get to the root of your hard drive. This is how you select the file you want to import.
Here is a basic tutorial on using Blender and Oni:

Can 3DS, 3DS Max or C4D work as well?

katze7: As long as they can import and export in the Collada format .dae, you will be fine.
