I cannot install ONI ;/

Hi here.. I hope you will be able to help me

When I start setup it asks me for language.. but whatever I choose there appears that message:

and after clicking on OK it closed..

Anyone know what could happen it? Any help?

Did you buy ONI or download ONI? On torrent portals you can find fake cd images.

I have no problem with installation on Vista/XP/Win98

I had the same problem when I got my copy of oni recently, which was still factory sealed.

Try going to My Computer, Right Click the Oni CD, Select open, then find the Setup.exe file and opening it yourself instead of letting the autoplay do it. That's what I did and it worked for me. Perhaps it will work for you.

yes. I tried this. Manualy launched all .exes from CD.. but it still says that

What operating system you have maybe? If you have XP/Vista try to launch installer as application for Windows 98.

you mean use compatibillity mode?.. I also used it.... still same effects ;/

Maybe you made bad CD image with game. Sometimes DLL files are hard to copy... you know Safedisk and friends

.dlls you will find in "attachment" (all .dlls)

Don't forget add dlls to right folders
