Playing back saved .dat films
Just tried the dev command to record videos, and it makes a .dat file. was wondering if anyone knew how to play these back

Note that these films aren't movies. Rather records of keyboard strokes. These can be used to repeat a character's last actions.

As paradox said, these are not proper gameplay films that you can play back later, like in other Bungie games. Recording video of gameplay can of course be done with the usual programs, such as the ones listed here: http://wiki.oni2.net/Capturing_game_footage
