Konoko's rogue outfit - Cannot be unseen

So just noticed something today when playing chapter 9 during the little cutscene in the image below.
Is Konoko pulling a superman? It cannot be unseeeeeeen!

Oh, lol, I see. I suppose it's mostly due to the low resolution of the texture.

Yeah I think so too, I don't recall seeing this on the ps2 version (although I could have just not noticed it) but when I saw it now on the PC version during the cutscene I had to do a double take.
It cannot be unseen, played the rest of the level and was constantly thinking "What are you wearing Konoko?!!"

Like why... why would they put in a dark texture in one spot and a hole in another, they have the same shape and size, like why... WHYYYY
