Certified's avatar seems like it should be Lithium's, I keep getting confused about who's talking.

Sorry, ltemplar, I don't recognize those games. Your description of the chess-like game reminded me of Battle Chess, which existed on many systems, but it didn't have any modifications to the rules, as I recall; it was straight chess, but with awesome battle scenes every time two characters met on the chessboard. Battle Chess was amazing.

The game's name I was looking for is Archon - here is the movie showing it in action: - for thous interested.

It's not that your avatar looks like one Lithium has used, Certified, just that it looks like one that Lithium would use.

Interesting, I never actually saw Archon before, looks like it would have been a lot of fun as a kid (although the corruption of chess rules makes me wince, as an adult chess enthusiast ^_^).
