I say keep the mustache. Hair/glasses, that depends on how young you plan on making him.

I decided to include both (changed the front of the hair a bit)
for the ears .. I agree paradox but maybe for another pack I'll make an HD Kerr I don't want to change original Kerr TRBS with this pack ..
Hopefully we can have a flashback level .. where Kerr and James are saving the kids from a Syndicate or BGI attack to the lab .. and another recreating the wilderness reserve exploration by james and jamie.

If you take out the wrinkles it will look much younger I think. I would also maintain the glasses and the mustache.

Yeah i thought of taking out the wrinkles .. But i don't want him to look too young ..i'm going for late 30s .. I think he's jamie's older brother .. If we consider konoko in her 20s and now he's like in his 60s then he was in his 30s - 40s when she was first taken ..
Mm with both moustache and glasses he won't look different from current kerr .. i'd like to think he changed his look a bit over the years. (his vision became weak or grew a moustache)
i'll remove some wrinkles though and might make the hair a bit browner.

As always I'm struggling with the buffer overflow issue ... There are no duplicated polygons, highest poly part is 800 .. I lowered them and made a lower lod .. But it remains .. It's not noticeable on contrails or shield .. But, problem is if used in dream lab like intended it will make the fog flicker. I hate working on the model to make it look as good as possible and then have to rework it for this issue

I agree with 1. That overflow buffer is really frustrating. You just have to keep lowering the polygon count as much as possible. The part that is 800 count, you need to make its lower LOD count around 400. I usually go for a 50% reduction.

for jamie I'm going to include outfit 1 and 5 .. the buffer overflow seems to have resolved .. except in some cases .. i also removed all her motion-blurred moves which seems to help fix it ..
