This package adds a new suit outfit for Muro.
It also includes High Quality textures of his original outfit done by Vicious Reilly (slightly modified).
It also includes a high quality face texture using Severed's textures version 3, and the hair from VR's texture.

**Compatibility Issue***: Incompatible with 28100MuroHQ package since it will overwrite your choice .. this package includes the awesome VR body textures so there's no down side.

i also prefer that one .. The only critique i have for VR's version is that the face is too high contrast/burnt leaning to orange .. I may modify it a bit if i include it. (still incredible nonetheless and better than i could ever make)

if both severed's and VR's used same mesh i would have not included a head texture and then it will have whatever the user has installed whether Vr or severed. but cz VR's uses a different head mesh I have to know which to include..
i may endu up making 2 versions.

He should wear this in the Airport missions and maybe the scene in level 2

mm i was actually thinking dream lab or final battle since the lose screens with this suit appear in those higher levels

Well the suit better fits the earlier levels as he shows no sign of hostility and basically just does what he wants without much effort, I think the suit might fit this better he's really reserved early in the story. His other outfit is more combat suited and well it would make sense for him to be wearing that in preparations for his final plan, but that's just me

mm yeah that's also a valid point ^_^ ..
for compatibility issues though i won't change the appearances of muro in the levels with this package it will only be the additional outfits
the mega pack however will modify the levels to include custom characters and to include his suit.

everything is basically done i just need to know if i should make a second version with VR's muro head or not :\

this is a modification of VR's texture

original VR texture to the right .. I think this makes it "smoother" I'm gonna include this one.

I still would like to hear from you on which Muro head you prefer VR or Severed because only 1 of them will be in the MegaPack

Great outfits. But what happened to the hd mid on the originl outfit? All I get is the vanilla.

Looking at the screenshots... not yet downloaded.
Imo, VR texture looks more 'badass' but I'm curious how it would look on severed's head object. The chin of VR's models seems too slender?
The brown outfit is not of my taste, but I like business and traditional Muro very much.

You need to delete this file : TXMPIteration001%2Fmo_rev_neck from ''Severed Textures'' and from my ''Character Retexture'' package ..
does that work ?

that is VR on original face (makes him look like a monkey ) and the second one is Severed on VR mesh .. the mouth and nose get stretched

I re-uplaoded the package so it can be used with ''Severed'' and ''Character Re-texture'' without needing to delete anything
so if u want either re-download or delete this file : TXMPIteration001%2Fmo_rev_neck from ''Severed Textures'' and from my ''Character Retexture'' package.
to get the HD mid texture on the original outfit.

P.S : thanks for the comments it seems Severed is more used .. oxe and ltemplar and nilesh

Thanks for making both options available. I like the idea about Muro in a suit at the beginning and then his normal outfit near the end.

Samer: I think you need to update this package for AEI2, even after removing one of the textures(VR or Severed), I can't get AEI2 to install.

mm I did update it for the AE2 version before but apparently i forgot to have oni\common\level0_Final and had oni\level0_Final directly .. however even if add the common folder it's not installing ... Alloc could you take a look at this please ? do I have something wrong in the mod.cfg ?
btw this pack happens to have a folder in it named common for files common between severed and vr but it's inside level0_Final so it shouldn't have an effect ..
what could cause the AEinstaller to not do anything when you press the install key

and p.s even if user doesn't delete severed or vr the only downside will be muro's face will look ugly nothing else.

EDIT: CRAP :\ in the mod.cfg i had IncompatibleWith -> 28100,281001 .. an additional zero .. will update the fixed one soon
i think this is what Knox had an issue with here http://oni.bungie.org/community/forum/v … 626#p45626 and another user from the facebook group
my bad, but Alloc maybe you can have the AEi ignore if something like that happens as one typo in 1 mod.cfg can stop it from working

Also it seems like you forgot to add VR's updated texture for the bottom part of his jacket (dont remember how its called in oni).

@uroboros I didn't forget it it was getting overwritten by Severed's and\or my CharacterRetexture pack which both had severed's modified neck texture which also happens to be the texture used for the mid.
however that was a long while ago ... and I addressed the issue and updated the pack with a fix back in October 2012 if you go up 6 posts in this thread http://oni.bungie.org/community/forum/v … 138#p43138

EDIT: the pack is now uploaded so update when notified by the AEinstaller to fix the install button not working issue
