I'm in the case of buying a new gaming graphics card next month, but I'm unsure which one of the brands I should go for this time. I've always been a Nvidia guy until now, and some of the Radeon cards looks pretty nice.
Basically I want the best for my money. My budget will be somewhat between 300$ - 400$. I've already checked a few charts at Toms Hardware, but it doesn't really seem to describe what to go for this time.
Anyone got some advice?

First off some questions. What do you have currently? And what kind of intensive gaming are you doing that you need a $300+ card?
You can run nearly everything for a card in the $150-200 range, from my experience.

I'm currently using a Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 in combination with an Intel E8400 @ standard clock and 4 GB DDR2 RAM. Tomorrow I'll receive the main parts to my new rig consisting of an Intel Core i5 2500K, Gigabyte GA-Z68P-DS3 and 8 GB DDR3 RAM. I'm pretty much aiming to play all the new titles including Battlefield 3, Serious Sam 3, Stronghold 3 etc. etc.
You've to consider the fact that everything is a lot more expensive in Denmark compared to the US. Hardware is pretty overpriced here. Anyway I'm considering to buy a Radeon 6870, unless you got something interesting of course?

I believe the choice eventually will be between the 560 Ti or the 6850/6870 depending on what my bank tells me in September.
