Hello. Dont know when i come back here in next time, so that will lay out those textures that i have at the moment.
This is a five new faces and all of my old texture + Vicious Reilly's TCTF armor with new neck for my Konoko's head.
Not so many as i want, but i think it's better than nothing .
Especially thanks to Samer, your works kick my lazy ass to do something .

Severed, Barabus's texture has an error in it - the bottom right corner of the texture should not be skin tone, its mapped to the ends of those pipe things he has around his neck. Should be metal or something. Just an fyi

He needed a make over - never really fit in with the others. So I came up with a new color palette for TCTF as a whole- Blue Black and Red
Yeah he's shiny alright! A bit too shiny, but I'm going try a different envmap to see what it can do.
And yes I will release them once I make a BlackOps variant (easy) and the TCTF Light's (Not too bad since I have everything I need, just have to arrange it)
Oh and small issue - on the back of the head there are two polygons that aren't taking texture - this is present in the original textures too. UV mapping error? http://i.imgur.com/rm1kA.png solved

i like the swat and the black swat and the bot a lot ( actually i love the light swat !) .. i think barabs's outfit is a bit dark though the red parts just look a bit washed out but other than that great
i have a suggestion however, the blue and red swat, i think he looks really cool , so cool that i think he should be a new separate character with new moves and all, a new class of the tctf, and not only a retexture, meaning we will still have the orange and yellow one + this one as a new character, if u like that idea i'd like to make him a new tctf character

from a realistic standpoint, the lettering should either be flat, or maybe embossed. It should not be engraved into the metal plate because it would require special tooling to create, and as a government agency, it is unlikely that they would be paying extra for the speciality tooling for raising or engraving the name.
Other than that it looks great.

well honestly i was planning to re-texture the tctf swat in the character retexture project i started earlier, to make him look like this one
but i also love ur version that's why i'm suggesting to make the red and blue one u made a new class of tctf .. so we'll have the black swat, the red and blue swat u made + an orange and yellow one that i'll retexture, that way neither of our work gets overwritten by the other
about the letters i think they look really cool engraved. they can pay for an SLD and a vault underground but they can't afford to engrave letters ?
that's a bit over realistic ^^

I can see what you mean - I was giving the armor more of a slight worn look, this is apparent on segments other than the chest. The chest texture is lower resolution then the others (128x512) thus i can't make it any larger without breaking 512 or distorting the ratio.
@samer Though it would be cool to have a custom character and moveset, I was just looking at gameplay, and during gameplay I dont like looking at the tctf's current color scheme. Are two options for tctf all right?

yes it is definitely alright ^_^ i can always make the orange and yellow a second outfit when i release it ..
btw u cna change the resolution of the texture to 512 x 512 even if the ratio is broken it still fits the u.v maps, without any change, i've tried that before
and yes i did mean saturation for barabas.

With all the new good looking characters, the original ones are looking dated. So improving the looks of the original characters is a good idea, whether it is through textures or 3D modeling. That is why I started work on Muro and there will be an improved Griffin coming out soon.
