Installed the newest version of AE (Running the game on Windows 7) and now Konoko has a ghost like head.
Any help here would be appreciated
Thanks....

Could the head texture be missing or wrong? Post a pic, this would be fun :3

Do you have any texture mods installed? It looks like the head texture is using RGBA32, while your .exe doesn't support it. I've no clues, so I might as well shut up to avoid confusion. ![]()

I thought about adding some more texture mods above the original AE but I wasn't sure if I should since I got this error with the ghost head.

Whew I finally found the problem... I scoured the forums and finally found a similar issue. I had to copy the binkw32.dll directly from the zip and now it works perfectly.
Hope I didn't waste anyones time looking to help on this

Glad you figured it out. It sounded to me like you didn't have the Daodan working, but I wasn't sure what was causing it (not knowing the Windows side of things very well).
Check out the Anniversary Edition Seven at !

Not sure how you managed to lose the dll, but ok.
You are using the run_X .bat files, right?

Oh I didn't lose the dll, I just had to recopy it. I saw that you told someone to fix it that way in another post.
I am not sure what the run_X .bat files are though

You use them to run the game. run_wind.bat and run_full.bat. You can also double click on the executable, as long as it is the one inside Edition\. ![]()
