I promise no racism intended, they just seem so out of place. Only black guys in the game ...Oh! During the Regional State Building i chose a black comguy but he was white, only worked on vanilla Oni, but uh how exactly did this happen?
He was just white, same body and hair, but skin was white similar to Griffin's Assistant in TCTF Redux

There definately wasn't one in vanilla, but I do remember seeing one in AE

Hmm, I think maybe it was always in the Shapeshift, but it isn't spawned ingame

He possibly shares the same variant as a couple of the other workers. It's possible I've seen him spawned before, but not certain. Also, isn't there a black cop?

So let me get this straight, the only 3 black guys in the game are lame workers and cops who only appear a couple of times.

That's easy, just open the textures from, say, a Tanker, in photoshop, and change the color, then reimport and you have a black tanker. Lol, politically correct Oni
