Re: Screenshots

I'm not sure why it wouldn't just work to flag the desert ground the same way that ramps and stairs are flagged in Oni, without changing the level geometry at all.

If only pathfinding in Oni was that simple! :-)  See my screenshot in post #720

Hmm, well, I'll take Neo's word for it, but it seemed like we could just use sloped BNVs under the whole surface of the desert.

Re: Screenshots

Do you know if those BNVs are set to a specific inclination? (eg, 45 degrees) or can you modify em for shallower and steeper slopes? If it were set, it would be very difficult to manage on a more dynamic terrain, but if not, it seems concieveable that it might work

Re: Screenshots

I realized that Motoko and the desert isn't the right fit, so...

Note: This is at an early stage of development, so lots of things still need to be worked on.

Re: Screenshots

Nevermind, oxe.

I've been practicing with the SBG a little.  I think it's pretty cool, even if someone's done this before.

Angled properly, four shots can be made to land at the same time.

As shown here.

And if you were wondering, they all landed relatively close to each other.

Note:  I did use Roughjustice to get four shots in, but it's still possible to get two or three without it.

LOL! I thought the text was written across the wall at first   roll

Looks cool, is that the font and format you've picked out, or just generic test you're going with for the moment?

@Sharo, my guess is that it's for server messages, maybe stuff like "Mukade captured the flag!" or "Syndicate Wins!" stuff like that, along with other relevent messages. Of course, I'm working on the assumption that it was meant for multiplayer... otherwise, it might not be intended for specfic uses yet, but he may have designed it just to have it handy. I'm sure people have use for text smile
