To be fair, I'm pretty sure the character that person is cosplaying is a guy who dresses like a girl. He's from a game, can't remember which though.

I would describe these as “not bad, but definitely weird”. The costume isn't bad, but the pics are… definitely weird.

I got home and checked it out more. I wonder why they changed the costume from blue to light gray.

lol I nearly choked when I saw that pic, Hmmm Ghost Busters correct? I can imagine someone getting their butt kicked when they walk out side in that in public.

That sorta-nun-in-blue is Briget. HE is a guy, but due to some reasons ( use google, I am lazy ) was raised as a girl.

About russian cosplayers - I searched for it last night, pic is probably lost forever in the endless Internet goo. However, found those girls.

Well, I guess. We are talking about ONE picture of girls I have no interest in, so recalling their faces is beyond my conscious capabilities.

Still, I think it is them - looks like it was some period in their life when they liked Oni. In the picture one is already cosplaying as Oni character Mai Hasegawa, costume of the other one has no connection to Oni.

The picture I was refering to in my previous post shows probably these two somewhere outside ( grass in the background ), posing as furies. It was shoot from under, so they
look a bit menacing. Or maybe it was just my imagination...

Yea so that's my cosplay profile. I made the cosplay last minute... only finished it about 90% coz I didn't do her shoes, or shoulder armor, or her pouch on her waist... but I literally made it a few days before the convention...

Also some of the reference pix of Konoko I found... she was wearing a gray bodysuit...(it's hard to find close up pix of her outfit... I tried really hard...) To me the blue looked like the shadow... but after playing the game I saw it was a dark blue... so I was kinda conflicted and just picked the gray one coz I thought it would look better... what can I say?? Freedom of interpretation I suppose...

The photographer specializes in action-type shots coz he does that on movie sets and such, so he wanted me to do those types... idk I had fun The explosion one was my fav:

But yeah, lots of ppl didn't know who I was... or asked if I was that girl from Ghost & the Shell. The ppl that did recognize me was excited to see me cosplay haha I had fun cosplaying as Konoko since I still do luv that game

Truthfully I'm just glad no one here said I flat out suck... thanks for that! XD!
