Is there a way to import a MP3 file into Oni? Like when your making a mod, Can you import your own song you made from Fruity Loops, etc? Is there a way to do this? Sorry if this topic has already been brought up.

Short answer, Yes. Medium answer, its going to take a lot of work. I tried it sometime ago.
You might want to look up OSBD on the wiki and extract some OSBD files as XML.
Also the sound files need to be in this format:
-WAV files (.wav, mono/stereo, 22.05KHz/44.1KHz, uncompressed(PCM)/compressed(MS-ADPCM)) produce SNDD files that are compatible with Oni PC retail.
or
-AIFC files (.aif/.aifc/.afc, mono/stereo 22.05KHz, compressed(ima4)) produce SNDD files that are compatible with Oni Mac.
