Weird Bomber O_O !
I was flipping thru the characters and noticed something that surprised me 
first time I passed the mad bomber his face was smiling the second time he was gloomy ! I never noticed that before .. has anyone ?
and how's that done O_O ? If he has the same TRMA and one ONCC how can the face textures change ? :S
P.S : I didn't manipulate the above images in any way except crop :\

interesting But still I don't understand how it's done ?
Oh actually yeah I think I understand the hint 
it's in the lod : the texture isn't changing the TRBS is, right ?
sometimes the level of detail changes .. . and hence how the texture is stretched on the model changes and it appears as if he's smiling ?

Yep. It turns out that, although textures cannot change between LODs, each LOD's model has its own UV mapping for the one shared texture. So somebody stretched the mapping in that region to give the guy a merry smile.
This easter egg should be added to wiki.
Did I just hear someone volunteer to do that?
