Konoko sketch

I know it's been done a million times, but I've been on a creative streak, and I drew konoko to the best of my limited ability. So I thought I'd put it up here for you guys to judge.

Not sure about how to do images here. I think this will work.

Nice drawing! I like the body shape. Maybe you should work a little on the eyes, and it'll be perfect.

Yeah, the eyes were tricky, 'cause when I drew it, they weren't much bigger than the tip of my pencil. I plan on redoing it in photoshop, so that I can zoom in and stuff.

looks good....but what did u use to color it?

A pencil, and then I added the color (purple hair) using photoshop when I was taking out the background (eraser marks, extraneous lines, etc.)

The only tip I give is "Continue drawing". For me, it always worked.

Look at how real people move and stand. Look at the photos and anatomy tutorials. Then a stylized picture won't be a problem.

Yeah, I should be drawing more. That was the first drawing I've done in over a year. I might make a few more sketches now I've got some good characters to work with.
