Um...mostly new cheats right now.  Like the ability to fly. And....um....well, i can't think of anything else. The next version will have more new features.

ability to do a super jump
Ability to wear a never ending shield
ability to wear the boss shield

doesn't it also fix some buffer overflow issue ? and allow higher resolution textures ?

I don't know exactly but works for some people (in order to fix the blam crash).
