The results are pretty nice, yeah. If you think of a nice place for a panorama it's quite easy to do one, and autostitch is free.
It won't work if you don't turn off the UI though. Since I don't know how to do that I just bulk-cropped the screenshots.

gs_show_ui = 0 from the Console It didn't used to be available on Macs, but if you are using the Oni.app that comes with the AE you can do it.

I can't get the console to open . I bound it to "t" by adding "bind t to console" in the config file, lowered my resolution to 800x600, but it doesn't do anything upon pressing t. I thought that I probably had to activate the developer mode but I can't either! I don't really know why, it worked fine before (with previous versions?). I tried "thedayismine" and "killmequick".

The current Oni.app uses "x" for Dev Mode.

I make this yesterday (for a while) *more shiny and try to make the whole things looks better !
it would be good if is for the menu ( but you can still use it for a wP =]] ) the orginal one at the bottom

I like the better contrast the logo and Konoko has. I don't like the lensflare though.

It might be cool as a menu, but then I'd have to move all the buttons around

oni_1600.jpg has better contrast in a couple ways, but unfortunately the higher contrast makes the highlights on Konoko's suit very bright. The Oni kanji has a similar problem with the light shining through it in places.

If you compare the two versions side by side, you'll find that the higher contrast creates a visual "clutter" that makes it harder to read the image, and washes out some of the details.

by the way the kanji is *鬼* <REMEMBER that is mean GHOST not ONI so don't try to find anything on google or whatever incase something horrible come up =]

I do like the edges on the kanji in oni_1600. It's the parts that show through the gaps in the "brushstroke" that bother me. Notice how much brighter those spots are than in the original?

Okay, the kanji looks a lot better to me. I still have the old concern about Konoko, though. Look at the bright points on her armor, as well as the highlight down her left leg. See how those parts have basically turned white, like an overexposed photograph? I will say that the gun + bullets look better in the FA version, though.

Keep in mind before you do more work that we can't necessarily make this into a menu, because it would require moving buttons around, and because some of us don't run Oni in a high enough resolution to support this size. In addition, I'm not sure that Oni can support a picture this large using the TXMB format. I don't know what expectations you have, so I'm just warning you now so you won't be disappointed if you finish it and then find out that we can't use it in the AE.

That works well, yeah. And there's nothing wrong with hotlnking like you did before, esp. in this thread. But sometimes certain sites don't like to serve their pictures, at least for users overseas It used to happen with one user's Chinese site a lot.
