It's in the Install directory. It creates a map called 'Tex' and inside it creates a file called 'TXMP%3Cnone%3E.xml'.

Errrm, why are you having him extract textures into XML format, Gumby?

That would also be my next question

Well, anyway, you can use -extract:tga to put them in the usual graphics format. And I think you have to make the folder called Tex first, in case that wasn't clear.
Also, you do have the AE installed, right? Otherwise you won't have all the textures in level0_Final.

That's where we get into the stuff I'm not experienced in, because of the different TXMP sub-formats used for the different kinds of textures. If you don't think the old threads where you asked questions about this will help (and I realize that some of them never really seemed to answer your questions), then you'll have to wait for someone who knows textures to show up here.
(I also looked on the wiki, and it doesn't seem clear what each format is used for; that's something I hope will be fixed eventually.)

EDIT 2: So, now I'v got everything working. But I'll need the command for the AI ignore in developer mode.

Sorry, but i cannot find the ignore player function.

That is because it is a variable...
ai2_ignore_player = 1

Oh yeah, heh ^_^. I was moving too fast; I saw the function "ai2_makeignoreplayer", and thought that was the one (it's only for setting specific AIs to ignore the player).
