Step 1:
Place files in edition\GameDataFolder\level0_Final

Step 2:
Run step9999.bat in the edition\install directory

OR

Open cmd and go to the edition\install directory and type:
onisplit.exe -import:nosep ..\GameDataFolder\level0_Final ..\GameDataFolder\level0_Final.dat
