You like my new menu picture?
I am using the hidden menu from level0 files.
It is great and combines well with the orange color of buttons. I like it 10x of the original.
Check it out:

Yeah sure, I like it !
Is it possible to make a new selection in the "Option" screen? We can change the picture in the main menu: 'picture 1' and 'picture 2'.

That would be nice. However I don't have the programmer capacities necessary to do that.
Maybe other have?

i think it'd be cool to have it like, when you have the game it shows the first one, but once you beat it, it shows the other... but since most of us have already beaten oni, itd be kinda pointless. aslo thats probibly hard to do.
while im at it, is there a reson why you cant access the options during gameplay, you know what i mean?
i assume its probibly because of some sort of issues that arrise when changing settings during runtime of the actual game, but i dont realy know much, so its more of a guess then anything....
that would be neat, when you start the game, you see one, and when you press the esc key mid game, it shows the other....
while im at making unreasonable suggestions, why not fix it so that you can change the options while your playing rather then only when you first start the game...?
of course, i realize that no one is going to do it, but i figured, 'it dosent hurt to ask', right?
I intentionally spell dang, dange, FYI.

You can access the option during the gameplay by using "daodan DLL". This is the information of it: http://wiki.oni2.net/Daodan_DLL. Download the file "vtuneapi.dll" in HERE and put in the same place as your "Oni.exe". Now not only you can access the option during the gameplay but you also can access to the developer mode.

Really funny!!
I think the incorrect thing is: The game is running, right? So what's the 'Resume' button used for?

Negatory. The game is paused. You are looking at what is behind the menu (to be more exact, what is behind what is behind the menu)

Really, What needs to happen, is the transparent files need to go in each of the level folders, so when you start Oni up, you see the picture, but switching levels would override that with transparenct. I [i]think/i] that would work.

I tried it again, it still doesn't work on the edition.
@Gumby: Your .oni2 site has many interesting stuffs these days. Why don't you introduce some of them to everybody?
(Warning: I downloaded the file "recombiner2.exe" in your site and my anti-virus software said it was infected by a virus. Please check your file)

My .oni2 site has a lot of half completed things Be forewarned.
(No worries, the scripting language I coded it in tends to set off virus scanners, or so I've heard. I coded that personally, I guarentee it is virus free.)

Is there a way to make menu's background image 1024x768?
I don't like that black border around the background image.
