There used to be, but it was closed due to a lack of activity.  The forums here are the best place to discuss Oni.
One thing that's special about this community is that it is international.  You can see it from our members map:

Thanks for the replay Its like every time I ask one of my friends if they know the game Oni they say Oni who or what is Oni? And I tell them about the game it was created by Bungie etc then they act like they don't even care or they don't want to care.

They probably don't. Most people think of Halo when it comes to Bungie.

Yes, and that is why we (geyser/Neo/EdT/this community as a whole) imported MasterChief into Oni and let AI powered Konoko kick his ... bottom  ^_^.
