i need some help with picture software

my Windows Picture and Fax Viewer is broken =[ i need another one
i want a better quaity piture reader (make the pic look better
if you can .....plz tell me how to reinstall the  Windows Picture and Fax Viewer

What's broken on it?

Or, if you just want some picture viewer, I recommend XnView or PictView. Other people use IrfanView and ACDSee.

ACDSee is really good i use it .. for a free alternative use Picasa ,,, just google it :\ if u want a photo editing software try Paint.Net

When i saw this thread i was going offer advice, but it seems all my favorite software has already been spoken for. XnView and Picasa are both great replacements for Picture and Fax Viewer. Paint.NET is also a brilliant image editor.

UM...me? Anyhows i have a prob too. See when you download and save something a window pops up asking you where you want to save it? well Every time i open something from windows exlorer the thing freezes and it closes.
EX: I want to open my homework doc. from office word. Well every time i click ope, it tkaes me to the window and then it freezes and closes explorer and word. Same thing with saving

after i install picasa3 when i right click on it ,the photoshop edit thing disappear !
( when you install pohotoshop ,there will be i img ready and photoshop edit when you press right click on a picture file

u can always click open with photoshop or open photoshop then open the file or double click on the file it will show in the transparent picassa window there's a little arrow with more options open with photoshop should be there ... it's not a big deal
