not your usual oni crash!

So, I'm running Oni on XP with an nVidia GeForce FX 5600. I ran the gamut, downloaded several patches, did several fixes, and overcame many problems, then set out to play the game proper.

It all worked perfectly fine until the end of level 3 (i think it's 3, it's the airport level). I can beat the level, screen fades out, we see the splash screen of a bad guy shooting civilians, and then it crashes super hard straight to the desktop, no error message, no blam.

I did overcome the blam issue earlier, the game loads fine, no graphical glitches. it all makes me think that i'm missing some huge chunk of data or something.

Any insight would be appreciated!

Oh damn, really? I guess that makes sense, the folder is only 128 Megs. Well, I guess my goal of playing Oni is still unresolved...
