P.S. Making new levels is a good idea. We can try to recover the lost chapter for the Iron Demon after we got the animation set. It will be cool if we can make a new level (new maps and stuff) , but importing it back will be trickier.

Just a crazy idea... Striker Cyborg:
Took about 15 minutes to create. Exported ONCCstriker_hard_2 and ONCCninjabot as DAE, swapped the right arm and legs in a 3D program. Imported back as TRBSstriker_cyborg. Exported ONCCstriker_hard_2 as XML, changed TRMA link to TRMAstriker_cyborg, imported back as ONCCstriker_cyborg. Exported TRMAstriker_3_high_texture_generic as XML, changed the TXMP links to the ninjabot's TXMP, imported back as TRMAstriker_cyborg. That's it!

Just make his right leg a Striker's and you've got a neat concept for a guy who had a couple limbs replaced with robotic ones.

Personally, after awhile, I think he looks more like a Striker Chicken with those legs :-)
You can't notice from that screenshot, but the Ninjabot's legs are shorter than the Striker's, so it will require a little work to lengthen it to match.

I did sort of notice the difference in leg height but I couldn't figure out what was out of proportion to what
That's why I suggested making one leg original (traditionally it's the leg that opposes the arm of the same sort, but that's kind of a cliché), to avoid the man-pasted-onto-something-else's-body look.

Of course, if we really want to use this in the game, the shape of the robotic limbs needs to be altered along with the textures. But this shows that it is possible to create a different looking character by mixing and matching with minimal work.

The Cyborg-striker's body to ninjabot leg transition looks a little...off... I can't quite place it.

Well, as Ed said it would take some actual editing of these two models to produce a useable cyborg for the game. As you pointed out, Y_M, there should be some sort of "bridge" between the Striker's pelvis and the leg, like prostheses usually have, basically a socket for the artificial limb to go into. Then it would look more believable.
