@ oxe161: Are you playing on a HD TV? That can cause delays sometimes. Also sometimes component cables can help that issue.

mm sometimes in my game he teleports to that roof and stays there for a long time throwing fireballs ... then i have to use jet pack or camera + end to follow him

It's rather easy, but you have to crouch and walk back a bit if you jump up the bed and get stuck under the machine.

You have to abuse Oni's jumping physics a little more than usual by jumping after you are off the edge, and even then it takes me 10 minutes or so of jumping to get it.

Should be possible, "in theory". Will take longer without the ability to quickly teleport and stuff though.
